By using our website or any of our services, you (“Client,” “User,” “You,” or “Your”) agree to the following legally binding Terms of Service (“Terms,” “Agreement”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, or if you are under the age of 18, please do not use or access our website or services.

 

I. DEFINITIONS
Under the terms of this Agreement,  Anchor of  Love Care, is synonymous with “Company”, as well as “We”, “Us”, or “Our”. “Customer” shall have the same meaning as “User”, “Client”, “You” or “Your” or your authorised representative. The term “Parties” shall mean the Company and the Client when used collectively.II. USAGE OF SERVICES AND WEBSITE

Clients and Users are permitted to access and utilize our website to review informational content, obtain detailed insights regarding our services, or submit inquiries. Clients and Users acknowledge and agree to refrain from employing data mining techniques, automated tools such as robots, or engaging in any actions intended to manipulate our website. Furthermore, Users and Clients shall not misrepresent any individual, member, organization, or third party in relation to any product or service without explicit authorization from the relevant party. Additionally, the website must not be utilised for any improper or unauthorised purposes. All Users and Clients agree to abstain from actions that compromise or interfere with the security, integrity, or functionality of our website, services, or resources.

IV. FEES AND BILLING

All service fees are outlined in our pricing documents, available upon request. Payment must be made via authorized methods, including direct debit, credit/debit cards, or bank transfer. Clients agree to keep payment details up-to-date and accurate.

Late or failed payments may result in service interruption or cancellation.

V. CUSTOMER SERVICE

Clients, Users, or their authorised representative can contact our Customer Support Department on a first come-first served basis. Clients are encouraged to send our Customer Service Department an email containing: their username and account number; date; and a description of their challenge or problem or can email our Customer Support Representative at: info@anchoroflovecare.co.uk. Our Hours of Operation are: 9:30 – 6pm.
VI. CANCELLATION POLICY

By the Company:
We reserve the right to cancel services with 7 days’ notice due to non-payment, breach of agreement, or misconduct.

By the Client:
Clients must provide a 28-day written notice via email to terminate services.

VII. LICENSE AND CONTENT

The information on this website and related social media is for educational, informational, and personal use only. All content is provided "as is," and users accept full responsibility for using this site at their own risk.

"Content" includes text, blogs, articles, media, files, and interactive features. By using this site, you agree to a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable license to use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. VIII. FORCE MAJEURE
We want to ensure clarity regarding unforeseen circumstances. You acknowledge and agree that our Company will not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, collectively referred to as "Force Majeure." In the event of a Force Majeure situation, we will promptly notify our clients through updates on our website or email communication. Any changes, interruptions, or the resumption of services will also be communicated via these channels to keep you informed.

IX. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt amicable resolution. If necessary, mediation shall be conducted  and costs will be shared equally. The prevailing party in a legal dispute may be entitled to legal cost recovery.

X. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Anchor of Love Care makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of website content. All services are provided “as is” without warranties. Users agree to use the website and services at their own risk. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or injuries resulting from use of our services or website.

XI. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
